Gary brings 30-years’ experience in high technology industries, specializing in business and program management, supply chain management, customer contract management and business process transformation, with Director-level experience managing and developing Business, Engineering, and Operational professionals within Honeywell International.  Gary’s control-span included more than 18 managerial units of Customer Programs, Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Production Systems Management; and leading large these organizations with a span of control in excess of 400 employees.  These accountabilities included major program and overall business-level relationships traversing both national and international customer accounts. 

 

Gary is a successful leader across multiple business disciplines, with an established track record leading Senior Management Teams at all levels forward on the way to innovative strategies and solutions to solve complex business issues.  He is recognized for his personal commitment to developing staff and delivering on value-added promises. Gary is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, awarded the prestigious ‘Honeywell FM&T Jack A. Knuth - Commitments Made-Commitments Kept Award’ for his passion in continuous improvement.

 

In his career, Gary has consistently operated with a span of influence far greater than his managerial span of control. He involved himself in designing and manufacturing, evaluating and improving the supply chain and organizational structure and key processes within Honeywell and the extended supply base. Gary’s responsibilities have encompassed Program and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system functionality and system performance over the total supply chain and the interfacing business functions. In corresponding initiatives, he has led major enterprise transformation initiatives including business-wide functionalization. Gary has also developed and led implementation of the enterprise wide Program Management Office and Sales, Resource and Operations Planning.
